Is your furniture made from 100% solid oak?
Yes, all our primary collections are crafted from 100% solid oak. We do not use veneers, particle board, or MDF in our core furniture ranges to ensure maximum durability and a natural finish.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 business days. For larger items requiring our white-glove two-person delivery service, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order to schedule a convenient time slot.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day peace of mind guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Do I need to treat or wax my new furniture?
Our furniture arrives pre-treated with a protective lacquer or oil. To maintain the wood's luster and protection, we recommend applying a clear furniture wax every 6 months and keeping it away from direct heat sources.
Does the furniture come fully assembled?
Most of our items, such as sideboards, chests of drawers, and display cabinets, are delivered fully assembled. Larger items like beds and dining tables may require minimal assembly, which is clearly stated on each product page.
